Automatic weather station installed at Mt. Everest

An Automatic Weather Station (AWS) has been installed at the Bishop Rock just below the summit of Mt. Everest on May 09, 2022. CDHM ex-student Arbindra Khadka also successfully scaled Mt. Everest to set up the world’s highest weather station. This is a joint expedition between NGS, CDHM, DHM and DNPWC.
