The joint meeting of the Third Pole Environment (TPE) and the Global Energy and Water cycle Exchanges (GEWEX) Hydroclimatology Panel (GHP), was taken place from 17-19 October 2017 at the Hotel Himalaya in Kathmandu, Nepal. CDHM TU was the local organizer of this program.
